Do you want to learn to swim, improve your strokes or just keep fit in a coached session? The Griffins Adults Teaching Group is just the thing for you. We have three sessions, every Wednesday night (except Christmas) at Arnos Pool in Bowes Road, London N11; they are at 8.30pm, 9.00pm and 9.30pm and accomodate all levels from beginners to advanced swimmers.

In a very friendly atmosphere, the newly refurbished pool is warm and welcoming. Many of our swimmers are parents of Griffins swimmers and we have taught many adults to swim, some of whom have swum with us for many years.
